We ship via the US postal service, FedEx and UPS. Exact methods will vary based upon best rate and shipping times. Shipping charges are calculated upon the weight of the items within your order, the shipping method you choose, and your location. Most orders will be shipped within 48 business hours. Large orders or wholesale orders may take up to 5 days to process. In the even your order will take longer than 5 days, or a back-order occurs, we will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order. You may have the option to cancel your order or wait for your product. You may also choose to have in-stock items sent and wait for back-ordered items. We are unable to make changes to an order once it has been packaged. Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
